Surgical cooperation and nursing analysis of patients undergoing minimally invasive axillary odor removal surgery
Objective To study the surgical nursing cooperation and nursing plan for patients undergoing minimally invasive axillary odor removal surgery.Method During the treatment of minimally invasive axillary odor removal surgery in our hospital,32 patients were randomly selected before and after comprehensive nursing, and served as the control group(routine nursing before implementation)and the observation group(comprehensive nursing after implementation). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result The compliance rate of the observation group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.25%)(P<0.05).The SAS(42.68±4.74)and SDS(40.69±5.76)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group[SAS(54.39±4.60)and SDS(52.46±4.92)](P<0.05).There was 1 case of skin bruising(3.13%)and 1 case of subcutaneous fluid accumulation(3.13%)in the observation group, with no incision infection or hematoma observed, totaling 2 cases(6.25%),which was lower than the control group(2 cases of skin bruising(6.25%),3 cases of subcutaneous fluid accumulation(9.38%),2 cases of incision infection(6.25%),and 2 cases of hematoma(6.25%),totaling 9 cases(28.13%))(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group(96.88%)was higher than that of the control group(71.88%)(P<0.05).The observation group had a GCQ score of 76.22±6.39,which was significantly better than the control group[GCQ score of 68.19±4.57](P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for the operation cooperation of patients with minimally invasive axillary osmidrosis removal can relieve the patients'bad mood, prevent complications, and improve the cooperation and satisfaction of patients, which has high clinical value.
