Effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on perioperative cooperation and complications in patients with labia minora reconstructive
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the cooperation and complications of patients with labia minora reconstructive during perioperative period.Methods 130 patients who underwent labiaplasty at Zhengzhou Central Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected for comprehensive perioperative care.Compare the psychological status of patients before and after nursing,evaluate their perioperative cooperation,record the occurrence of surgical complications,and investigate their clinical nursing satisfaction.Results After nursing,the average SAS and SDS scores of patients decreased compared to before nursing(P<0.05).According to the clinical cooperation evaluation of perioperative patients,there were a total of 128 cases of complete or partial cooperation among the enrolled patients,with a cooperation degree of 98.46%.A total of 4 cases of various complications occurred among the included patients,with a total incidence rate of 3.08%.After investigation,the satisfaction rate of the enrolled patients with clinical nursing work was 96.92%.Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of labiaplasty patients can effectively improve their psychological state.Patients have high perioperative cooperation,mild complications,and ideal clinical nursing satisfaction.The overall nursing effect is significant.
