Application of Addition and Subtraction of Autologous Fat in Female Gluteal Contouring
Objective To explore the application and advantages of autogenous fat addition and subtraction in female gluteal contouring. Methods From March 2020 to February 2023,229 patients with fat accumulation in the waist and abdomen and poor hip shape in Bravou Plastic Surgery Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were treated with liposuction in the waist and abdomen combined with autologous fat transplantation in the hips(121 cases in the experimental group)or liposuction in the waist and abdomen alone(108 cases in the control group)to shape the contour of the waist and hip.The postoperative satisfaction and the postoperative waist hip ratio of the two groups were compared. Results At 6-month postoperative follow-up,the postoperative satisfaction rate was 94.21%in the experimental group and 78.70%in the control group, and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average waist-hip ratio was 0.72 in the experimental group and 0.80 in the control group after operation. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of postoperative complications was 19.83%in the test group and 16.7%in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with poor hip contour, autogenous adipose addition and subtraction therapy has ideal effect and high postoperative satisfaction,so it is recommended to be popularized in clinical practice.
