Clinical Treatment Analysis of Congenital Auricular Screen Attachment Type Auricular Malformation in Children
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment options and postoperative outcomes of congenital auricular screen attachment auricular malformation in children;Methods A total of 61 cases of congenital auricular screen attachment auricular malformation in children admitted to Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital April 2018-September 2023 were retrospectively investigated,and different treatment options were selected according to the grading of congenital auricular screen attachment auricular malformation,and the postoperative morphology of the auricular screen and scarring in the children were followed up.Results Postoperative follow-up ranged from 8 months to 73 months,with an average follow-up of(35.78±18.13)months.Postoperative children's incisions all healed at stage I,with no complications such as incision infection,flap necrosis,cartilage exposure,etc.In the long-term follow-up,61 children were followed up,of which 57 had excellent surgical results,3 had good surgical results,1 had fair surgical results,and there were no cases with poor results,with an excellent rate of 98.36%.Conclusion According to the different types of congenital auricular anomalies of the auricular screen,the corresponding surgical treatment plan can make the children's auricular screen form natural and beautiful,the incision scar is hidden,and the overall appearance of the children is good,which is conducive to the normal development of the children's mental health,and it is worth promoting in the clinic.
