Clinical Application of Double Cannula Negative Pressure Irrigation and Drainage Technique in Patients with Multiple Space Infection in Maxillofacial and Neck Area
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of negative pressure irrigation technique in patients with multiple space infection in maxillofacial and neck area.Methods The clinical data of 14 patients from February 2021 to June 2024 were collected,the treatment effect of double cannula negative pressure irrigation and drainage,analyzed,and the clinical experience of the methods,methods,advantages and disadvantages,and related complications were summarized.Results After double cannula negative pressure irrigation and drainage,all the patients were recovered and discharged,with good clinical effect,sufficient drainage,and short dressing change time,the work of medical staff was greatly reduced,the patients had no fear of dressing change and pain,no obvious complications,and the clinical effect was definite.Conclusion The double sleeve negative pressure irrigation and drainage technique is used in sufficient drainage and effective effect in patients with multiple space infection of maxillofacial and neck,which is worthy of clinical promotion
