The Effect of Photodynamic Therapy on Post Acne Keloid and Its Influencing Factors
Objective To investigate the efficacy and influencing factors of photodynamic therapy in the treatment of post acne keloid.Method A total of 92 patients with post acne keloid admitted to the Department of Dermatology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group(46 cases)and observation group(46 cases)according to the treatment method.The control group was treated with compound betamethasone,and the observation group was treated with photodynamic therapy on the basis of compound betamethasone.The scar treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Result The Vancouver Scar Scale score and the University of North Carolina scar scale score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment 1-2 months after treatment,and were lower than those 1 month after treatment 2 months after treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05);There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05);The treatment effect of mild to moderate scar was better than that of severe scar(P＜0.05).Conclusion Photodynamic therapy can significantly improve the scar condition and clinical curative effect,and the scar position is the main factor affecting the curative effect.
