The Clinical Application of Superpulse Dot Matrix Laser Combined Surgery in the Treatment of Ocular Rejuvenation
Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of ultra pulsed dot matrix laser combined with surgery in the treatment of eye lightening.Methods A total of 80 patients with periocular aging treated in Zhengzhou Fangyi medical beauty hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into control group(41 cases,treated with upper eyelid skin relaxation correction and pouch resection)and observation group(39 cases,treated with upper eyelid skin relaxation correction and pouch resection combined with ultra pulsed dot matrix laser)according to different treatment methods.Both groups were followed up for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,degree of eyelid relaxation,symptom score,satisfaction with aesthetic effect and complications during follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results Six months after operation,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);The eyelid relaxation in the two groups was significantly improved 1-6 months after surgery,but the Fitzpatrick score in the observation group was significantly lower(P＜0.05);The symptom scores of the two groups were decreased at 6 months after operation,and the decrease was more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).During the follow-up period,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The effect of super pulse dot matrix laser combined with surgery in the treatment of periocular wrinkles and eyelid laxity is clear,which can promote the lightening of the eye year-round,and has no serious adverse reactions.
