The Effect of Digital Assisted Aesthetic Crown Lengthening Surgery on The Restoration of Anterior Tooth Defects and The Influence of Smile Aesthetics
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of digital assisted aesthetic crown lengthening surgery on the restoration of anterior tooth defects and the influence of smile aesthetics.Methods From October 2019 to October 2022,97 patients with anterior tooth defects admitted to our hospital were selected,all of whom underwent digital assisted aesthetic crown lengthening surgery for restoration treatment.The restoration effect on anterior tooth defects and its impact on smile aesthetics were analyzed.Results The probe depth and bleeding index were significantly lower at 3 months post surgery compared to before surgery(P＜0.05);After 3 months of surgery,the red aesthetic score and white aesthetic score were significantly higher than before surgery(P＜0.05);Patient satisfaction with smile aesthetics is 98.97％.Conclusion The digital assisted aesthetic crown lengthening surgery has a good repair effect on anterior tooth defects and high satisfaction with smile aesthetics.
