Clinical Observation of Multidisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment Model in Chronic Wound Nursing
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Multidisciplinary Treatment Model(MDT)in chronic wound care;Method A total of 331 patients with chronic wounds admitted to Putian First Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected for analysis,and MDT care was implemented to evaluate the clinical data of all patients;Result Among 331 patients,the healing time was(17.88±2.26)days,the number of dressing changes was(4.02±1.12)times,the wound depth was(0.85±0.26)cm,and the wound area was(2.58±0.41)cm2.On the 7th day of intervention,the VAS,HAMA,and HAMD scores of 331 patients were lower than before intervention(P<0.05);331 patients with IL-4,TNF-a,and IL-1 on the 7th day of intervention β The indicators were all lower than before intervention(P<0.05);Conclusion The clinical application of MDT in chronic wound care can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients,shorten healing time,and effectively control pain sensation.It is a treatment strategy worth promoting and applying.
