Application and Influence of Nursing Intervention Guided by Stress System Theory in Patients with Flap Graft Repair of Ankle
Objective To explore the application and impact of nursing interventions guided by the stress system theory in patients undergoing Flap Transplantation and Reconstruction Surgery(FTRS)for soft tissue defects in the ankle. Methods A total of 80 patients with soft tissue defects in the ankle treated with FTRS at the Orthopedic Hospital of Zhengzhou City from July 2021 to July 2023,were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received nursing interventions guided by the stress system theory. The stress resistance, repair effects, and ankle function of the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared. Results At postoperative day 30,the stress resistance scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Vancouver Scar Scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the Ankle-Hindfoot Scale of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions guided by the stress system theory can enhance the stress resistance of patients with soft tissue defects in the ankle undergoing FTRS,improve surgical repair outcomes, accelerate scar recovery, and effectively enhance ankle function.
