Influence of Orem Self-Care Theory on Patients with Scar Hyperplasia
Objective To explore and analyze the application value of nursing intervention in skin flap transplantation for repairing finger skin defects.Methods From October 2020 to October 2023,100 patients with finger skin defects admitted to our hospital were selected for nursing intervention,and the recovery status of patients before and after nursing was observed and analyzed.Results After nursing,the scores of Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in patients were lower than before nursing(P<0.05);After nursing,the active and passive range of motion of the patient's finger joints was higher than before nursing(P<0.05);After nursing,the patient's daily living activity score was higher than before nursing(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in patients was 3.00%,and nursing satisfaction was 96.00%.Conclusion The application of scientific nursing intervention in skin flap transplantation for repairing finger skin defects can help patients improve their psychological state,promote finger function recovery,enhance daily life activities,reduce complications,and achieve high nursing satisfaction.
