The Impact of Skin Beauty Care Combined with Various Educational Models on the Skin Appearance and Negative Emotions of Patients with Acne Vulgaris
Objective To explore the impact of skin care combined with various educational models on the skin appearance and self-efficacy of patients with acne vulgaris.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to Linyi Dermatology Hospital from July 2021 to March 2023.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 40 patients receiving skin care as the control group and 40 patients receiving skin care combined with multiple education modes as the observation group.Results Compare the skin appearance,self-efficacy,quality of life,and recurrence rate between two groups.The disappearance time of acne scars and pigmentation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);Compare the pre nursing self-efficacy and quality of life between two groups(P>0.05);The General Self Efficacy Scale score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of all dimensions in the Skin Disease Quality of Life Index were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of skin care and various educational models can enhance the self-efficacy of patients with acne vulgaris,accelerate symptom resolution,reduce the risk of recurrence,and improve their quality of life.
