Observation of the effect of photoelectric synergistic technology combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of moderate to severe acne
Objective To explore the influence of electro opticalsynergy(ELOS)treatment combined with conventional drugs on the treatment effect of patients with moderate to severe acne Methods From March 2022 to March 2024,99 patients with moderate to severe acne were selected from Nanyang First People's Hospital.Among them,49 patients who were treated with erythromycin isotretinoin gel were included in the control group.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into the control group.50 li patients who were treated with erythromycin isotretinoin gel combined with ELOS were included in the observation group.Compare the treatment efficacy, skin barrier function, and adverse reactions between two groups of patients,as well as the changes in Cardiff Acne Disability Index(CADI)and Global Acne Grading System(GAGS)before and after treatment. Results The treatment effect,CADI and gags scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(92.00%vs.77.55%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, the skin oil content and transcutaneous water loss in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of patients with moderate to severe acne treated with conventional drugs and ELOS is better, which can effectively control the development of the patient's condition, improve the skin barrier,do not increase the risk of adverse reactions, and have good safety, which is worthy of further study.
