Clinical efficacy analysis of platelet-rich plasma intradermal injection combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of 98 cases of stable vitiligo
Objective Evaluate the efficacy and safety of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)intradermal injection combined with 308 nm excimer laser treatment for stable vitiligo. Methods A total of 98 stable vitiligo patients admitted to Baoding Huaren Vitiligo Hospital were selected, and two symmetrical or similar skin lesions were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The observation group received PRP intradermal injection combined with 308 nm excimer laser, while the control group received physiological saline intradermal injection combined with 308 nm excimer laser for continuous treatment for 3 months.Observe the discoloration of white spots and record any adverse reactions. Results There was no statistically significant difference in efficacy between the observation group and the control group after one month of treatment(P>0.05);There was a statistically significant difference in efficacy between 2 and 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the therapeutic effect among patients with different clinical subtypes, locations, and disease courses in the observation group. Both groups of patients did not show any significant adverse reactions. Conclusions The combination of PRP intradermal injection and 308nm excimer laser treatment for stable vitiligo has a high effective rate and fewer adverse reactions, which is worth promoting.
