The effect of platelet rich fibrin combined with autologous fat transplantation on the skin condition and complications of facial rejuvenation patients
Objective To investigate the effect of platelet rich fibrin(PRF)combined with autologous fat transplantation on the skin condition and complications of patients with facial rejuvenation.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 90 patients who received facial rejuvenation treatment at Zhengzhou Fangyi Medical Beauty Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023,all of whom were females.Among them,45 patients who received autologous fat transplantation from January 2021 to May 2022 were the control group,and 45 patients who received platelet-rich fibrin combined with autologous fat transplantation from June 2022 to October 2023 were the observation group.Compare the clinical efficacy,skin condition,complications,and patient satisfaction between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in preoperative skin condition between the two groups(P>0.05);The observation group had lower scores in oil and spot compared to the control group at 3 months after surgery,and higher scores in water and elasticity compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and patient satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Platelet-rich fibrin combined with autologous fat transplantation can effectively improve the skin condition of patients with facial rejuvenation,reduce the risk of complications,and increase patient satisfaction.
