Curative effect of different doses of triamcinolone combined with local red light irradiation in auricle keloid after surgical excision
Objective To explore the curative effect of different doses of triamcinolone combined with local red light irradiation in patients with auricle keloid after surgical excision. Methods From January 2021 to may 2023,60 patients with keloids in the auricle underwent surgical resection in the Department of Otolaryngology of the 988 Hospital of the joint service support force.60 patients with ear scar tissue were included in the high concentration group, and 30 patients were treated with a combination of 50 mg/1.5 mL of triamcinolone acetonide injection and local red light irradiation.Thirty patients treated with 50 mg/3.0 mL of dexamethasone injection combined with local red light irradiation were included in the low concentration group.Follow up for 6 months, compare the treatment efficacy, psychological status scores, scar condition, and adverse reactions between the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the high concentration group was 95.00%,significantly higher than the 77.50%in the low concentration group(P<0.05).After treatment, scores of SAS,SDS and VSS were decreased in high-dose group, lower than those in low-dose group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions High-dose triamcinolone combined with local red light irradiation can significantly improve curative effect, improve psychological state and scars in patients with auricle keloid after surgical excision, which has high safety.
