Observation of the clinical effect of microsurgical treatment for congenital syndactyly in children
Objective To explore the clinical effect of microsurgical treatment of congenital syndactyly in children.Methods A total of 98 children with congenital syndactyly admitted to Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected,all of whom underwent microsurgery.Results The excellent and good rate of joint mobility was 83.67%3 months after operation.The incidence of postoperative complications was 6.12%.At 3 months after operation,the thickness score was(1.02±0.17),the color score was(0.95±0.13),the softness score was(1.08±0.21),and the vascular distribution score was(1.36±0.27);The Withey score of finger web movement was(0.42±0.13).The quality of life score of children 3 months after operation was higher than that before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the parents of the children with surgical treatment was 91.84%.Conclusions Microsurgical treatment of congenital syndactyly in children has a significant effect,which can improve the range of motion of children's joints,and has fewer complications and good aesthetic effect,which is conducive to improving the quality of life of children and the satisfaction of parents.
