Comparison of the efficacy of indirect resin high inlay repair and direct resin filling repair in the treatment of molar residual crowns
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of indirect resin inlay restoration and direct resin filling restoration in the treatment of molar residual crown.Methods According to different treatment methods,80 cases of molar residual crown restoration treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into 2 groups.The control group(40 cases)received direct resin filling restoration,and the observation group(40 cases)received indirect resin oninis restoration,and the repair effects of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of repair and quality of life score of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The indirect method of resin high inlay restoration of molar residual crown can improve the aesthetics of restoration,and the complications are less,the effect is significant,and it is worth to be widely promoted and applied in clinic.
