Applying narrative care follow-up to improve patient satisfaction with medical aesthetic plastic surgery
Objective To Apply narrative care follow-up to improve patient satisfaction.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent cosmetic plastic surgery in the Department of cosmetic medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2023 to may 2024 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group used the traditional face-to-face consultation,and the observation group applied narrative nursing to follow the complete nursing intervention from the time of admission to the end of treatment on the basis of the traditional face-to-face consultation,and compared the differences between the two groups in terms of satisfaction,SDS and SAS.Results Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in the data of the observation group in terms of satisfaction,SDS and SAS in the observation group,and the indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of narrative nursing follow-up can effectively improve patient satisfaction,reduce patients'anxiety and depression,and accept the effect of treatment more rationally,which is worthy of promotion and application.
