Clinical observation of precise nursing based on predictive strategy after oral and maxillofacial tumor flap repair
Objective To explore the clinical observation of precise nursing based on predictive strategy for oral and maxillofacial tumor flap repair. Methods This study selected 81 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor after flap repair who were treated in Xinxiang Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023.All patients received precision nursing based on predictive strategies, and the rehabilitation of patients before and after nursing was compared and analyzed. Results The scores of pain, skin flap color, temperature and capillary filling degree at 3 d after operation were significantly lower than those at 6 h after operation, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In this group of patients, there were 2 cases of mild infection,1 case of abnormal skin sensation, and 1 case of vascular crisis. The incidence of complications was 4.94%(4/81).The quality of life score of patients after nursing was higher than that before nursing, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was 96.30%.Conclusions The application of precise nursing based on predictive strategies after oral and maxillofacial tumor skin flap repair surgery can improve the condition of the skin flap, reduce complications, and improve the quality of life of patients, making them more satisfied with nursing.
