Clinical observation of basic fibroblast growth factor combined with autologous fat transplantation for the treatment of facial depressed scars
Objective To explore the application effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)combined with autologous fat transplantation in the treatment of facial depressed scars.Method A total of 86 patients with facial depressed scars admitted to our Hospital from November 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table. The control group(43 cases)received autologous fat transplantation treatment, while the observation group(43 cases)received combined treatment with bFGF.Compare the clinical efficacy, clinically relevant indicators(scab, erythema, duration of pain),scar improvement vancouver scar scale(VSS),acne scar clinical assessment scale(ECCA)and safety between two groups. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had shorter scab formation, erythema, and pain duration than the control group(P<0.05);The VSS and ECCA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of bFGF and autologous fat transplantation has a significant effect on the treatment of facial depressed scars, which is beneficial for shortening the recovery time, improving scar symptoms, and ensuring safe and reliable clinical application.
