Clinical application of psychological nursing in eye plastic surgery
Objective This article mainly analyzes the nursing effect of psychological intervention in perioperative period of eye plastic surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients admitted to Jinan Mingshui eye hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine surgical nursing and health guidance,while patients in the observation group were given psychological intervention based on routine nursing.Results There was significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups during and at the end of treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the psychological status of the two groups before nursing.There was significant difference between SAS and SDS scores after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of psychological intervention nursing mode in the perioperative period of eye plastic surgery can effectively relieve the negative emotions of patients such as anxiety,depression,tension,improve the level of psychological health of patients,and have high postoperative satisfaction.
