Clinical observation of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment model in nursing of chronic wounds of lower limbs
Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment model in the nursing of chronic wounds(lower limbs).Methods A total of 42 patients who received chronic wound repair in the first Department of lower extremity of Zhengzhou orthopedic hospital from January 2018 to December 2023 were selected.All patients received multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment mode nursing.The wound repair and patients'satisfaction with nursing work before and after the intervention were compared Results Compared with pre intervention,the depression and anxiety scores of patients after intervention were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);Compared with pre intervention,the wound color and wound area score of patients after intervention were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);Patient satisfaction with nursing was 100.00%.Conclusions The application effect of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment mode in the nursing of chronic wounds of lower limbs is exact,which can relieve the negative emotions of patients,improve the beauty of wounds,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
