Application of unipolar radiofrequency treatment scheme in CCTA mode in facial rejuvenation
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of facial rejuvenation by using the CCTA mode treatment on a new radiofrequency treatment platform TempSure. Methods A total of 60 beauty seekers who were treated in Jiangning District Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Nanjing from January 2024 to September 2024 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to different treatment methods, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with the traditional U-shaped circulation crossover scheme, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with the CCTA scheme. Both groups were given one treatment, and the VISIA skin image analysis, wrinkles, tightness and facial relaxation scores, satisfaction, pain and adverse reactions of the two groups were collected before and 1 month after treatment. Results After treatment, the wrinkle score, facial tightness and relaxation score of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05);The treatment satisfaction of patients in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Tolerable warmth and pain occurred in the two groups of patients during treatment. Most of the symptoms were transient erythema, mild facial edema, local pain, and no epidermal scald and crusting. The postoperative reaction could recover spontaneously. Conclusions The monopolar radiofrequency treatment with CCTA mode has a good effect on facial rejuvenation without serious adverse reactions, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
