Observation of therapeutic effect of delicate pulse light combined with Siwei Huanglian lotion and supramolecular salicylic acid on acne rosacea
Objective To explore the clinical effect of delicate pulse light combined with Siwei Huanglian lotion and supramolecular salicylic acid on acne rosacea.Methods According to different treatment methods,86 patients with rosacea who visited Zhengzhou Dilaimei Medical Beauty Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were divided into two groups,with 43 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Siwei Huanglian Lotion and Supramolecular Salicylic Acid,while patients in the observation group were treated with Precision Pulse Light.Compare the comprehensive grading system score of acne and the quality of life index scale score of skin diseases between two groups of patients before and after treatment,and calculate the total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of the comprehensive acne grading system and the dermatology quality of life index scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(81.40％vs.95.35％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(6.98％vs.11.63％)(P＞0.05).Conclusions Delicate pulse light combined with Siwei Huanglian lotion and supramolecular salicylic acid has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of acne rosacea,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
