Dot-matrix radiofrequency combined with external recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor for treatment of facial rosacea
Objective To analyze the effects of radiofrequency lattice combined with external recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor(rh-bFGF)on facial rosacea patients. Methods A total of 99 patients with facial rosacea admitted to Nanyang first people's Hospital from February 2021 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.45 cases in the control group were treated with dot matrix radiofrequency, and 44 cases in the observation group were treated with dot matrix radiofrequency combined with topical RH bFGF.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group; After treatment, the scores of skin lesion symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of all dimensions in acne specific quality of life scale(acne QOL)were higher than those in the control group, and the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions rh-bFGF combined with dot-matrix radiofrequency can alleviate skin lesions and improve quality of life in rosacea patients without serious adverse reactions.
