Clinical effects of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in moderate to severe acne
Objective To study the clinical effect of 5-aminolketate photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)in the treatment of moderate to severe acne. Methods A total of 64 patients with moderate to severe acne treated in Sanming Dermatology Hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,32 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with red and blue light combined with triamcinolone acetonide, and the patients in the observation group were treated with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared, and the changes of adverse reactions, residual skin lesions and other indicators were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy on moderate to severe acne is obvious, which can improve the clinical manifestations of acne and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
