Application analysis of sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in minimally invasive liposuction surgery for the waist and abdomen
Objective To observe the application effect of sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in minimally invasive liposuction surgery in the lower back and abdomen. Methods A total of 68 patients with lumbar and abdominal minimally invasive liposuction surgery treated in Zhengzhou Central Hospital from May 2020 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with remifentanil combined with propofol, and the observation group was anesthetized with sufentanil combined with propofol. The anesthetic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The HR and map of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 35.29%lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in minimally invasive liposuction surgery for the waist and abdomen can achieve good anesthesia results, with a high rate of excellent anesthesia, minimal changes in vital signs, and fewer adverse reactions.
