Application of local flap repair in the resection of preauricular fistula
Objective To analyze the application effect of local flap repair in the resection of preauricular fistula.Methods Fifty cases of preauricular fistula treated in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to March 2024 were studied.All cases were treated with preauricular fistula resection and local flap repair.Skin flap survival,wound healing,Stony brook scar evaluation scale score and complication rate were analyzed.Results The survival rate of flaps in 50 cases with preauricular fistula was 100％and the healing rate of incision in stage I was 94.00％.Six months after surgery,the score of Stony brook scar evaluation scale was(4.17±1.12),and the incidence of postoperative complications was 6.00％.Conclusions The application of local flap repair in the resection of preauricular fistula can achieve a good repair effect,the survival rate of the flap,the healing rate of the incision in stage I,and the postoperative aesthetic degree are high,which has certain clinical application value.
