The effect of whole process temperature management combined with stellate ganglion block on vascular crisis and functional recovery of severed fingers after replantation surgery
Objective Observation of the application effect of whole process temperature management combined with stellate ganglion block intervention in patients undergoing finger replantation surgery. Methods The research data was collected from February 2021 to June 2024,and the study subjects were patients who underwent finger replantation surgery in our hospital. The study subjects were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method. Both groups of patients successfully underwent finger replantation surgery under brachial plexus block anesthesia. The control group underwent continuous stellate ganglion block under ultrasound guidance within 72 hours after surgery, and the observation group received full temperature management intervention on the basis of the control group.Compare the temperature, blood perfusion index, pain score, incidence of vascular crisis, and recovery of severed finger function of the affected forearm palm between two groups of patients immediately,1 h,3 h,24 h,and 72 h after surgery. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the temperature, blood flow perfusion index, and pain score of the affected forearm palm between the two groups of patients immediately after surgery(P>0.05).The temperature and blood flow perfusion index of the affected forearm palm in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 1 h,3 h,24 h,and 72 h after surgery(P<0.05),and the pain score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of vascular crisis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(x2=4.387,P=0.036).The excellent recovery rate of severed finger function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(x2=3.991,P=0.045).Conclusions The combination of full temperature management and stellate ganglion block can effectively improve the blood flow perfusion of the affected finger after finger replantation, alleviate postoperative pain, avoid postoperative vascular crisis, and have a good effect on improving the recovery rate of the affected finger function.
