Application of microscopic non shortened finger replantation in finger detachment
Objective For the treatment of patients with finger amputation,to explore the application effect and experience summary of the replantation treatment scheme of fingers with non-shortening and severed fingers under the microscope. Methods Forty-two patients with severed fingers admitted to Xinyi People's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2024 were selected, all of whom underwent microscopic finger replantation surgery without shortening the fingers.Record the surgical outcomes, survival rate of severed finger replantation, blood circulation of severed fingers, recovery status, and the patient's psychological resilience level. Results The operative time of 42 patients was(52.05±0.79)min.The survival rate of replantation was 97.62%(41/42),and the excellent and good rate was 95.24%(40/42).Blood circulation, blood flow velocity(5.44±0.55)cm/s,resistance index(1.12±0.08)1 month after operation; After operation, the recovery of severed finger was(5.34±0.52)mm,the range of motion of distal finger joint was(78.25±4.12)°,the total active activity score was(13.28±0.46)points,and the length of severed finger nail was(15.41±1.52)mm.The satisfaction of 42 patients with this treatment was 95.24%(40/42).Before intervention, the psychological resilience score of patients was 69.27±5.15 points, and after intervention, the psychological resilience score was 84.25±8.36 points(P<0.05).Conclusions For the treatment of finger amputation patients, the use of microscope finger replantation can greatly reduce the appearance of the finger caused by short contraction and improve the functional recovery of the finger.Reduce the occurrence of psychological disorders in patients, further improve the quality of life of patients, and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
