Effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with nano-silver dressing on burn and improvement of inflammatory state
Objective To study the analysis of bums to recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF),the clinical effect of combined therapy with nano silver dressing and the effect on the improvement of the inflammatory state. Methods A total of 25 burn patients admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to September 2024 were selected. All patients were treated with rhEGF combined with nano-silver dressing. The serum inflammation level, pain degree, wound healing time, adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction were compared and observed. Results The scores of TNF-α,ICAM-1,and NRS after treatment were lower than before treatment, while IL-10 was higher than before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of 20 patients was 50%(10.89±2.37)d,80%(16.42±5.19)d,100%(20.93±5.27)d.Pruritus,redness,and subjective sensation of burning occurred in 1 case,1 case, and 2 cases, respectively. The total incidence of adverse reactions was 16.00%(4/25).96.00%of the patients were satisfied with the treatment plan(24/25).Conclusions In the clinical treatment of burn,rhEGF combined with nano-silver dressing can effectively reduce the degree of pain, improve the inflammatory state, and promote wound healing, and this treatment program has the characteristics of simple operation, and has high clinical application value.
