The application of emotional guidance combined with personalized nursing in postoperative patients with oral cancer undergoing free flap repair surgery and its impact on psychology and self-awareness
Objective To explore the application of emotional guidance combined with personalized nursing in postoperative patients with oral cancer free flap repair surgery,and its impact on psychological and self-awareness.Methods Through a retrospective study,80 oral cancer patients admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2023 were selected.All patients were treated with free flap repair,and emotional guidance was combined with individualized nursing in routine nursing,and the relevant indicators were analyzed.Results The scores of self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS),self consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCs),self esteem scale(SES)and quality of life after nursing(QLQ)of patients were significantly improved after nursing compared with those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Emotional guidance combined with individualized care can improve the psychological state of patients after oral cancer free flap repair,reduce anxiety and depression,enhance their self-awareness,assist the postoperative rehabilitation process,reduce postoperative complications and improve the quality of life.
