The application of the concept of rapid recovery surgery in the perioperative period of patients undergoing facial defect flap repair surgery
Objective To explore and analyze the application value of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of patients undergoing facial defect flap repair surgery.Methods A total of 98 patients with facial defects who underwent skin flap repair surgery in the Ninth People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected.All patients were managed with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery during the perioperative period,and the recovery of patients was observed.Results The scores of pain,color,temperature and capillary filling degree of the patients on the third day after operation were significantly lower than those on the first day after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The first feeding time was(8.92±1.38)h,postoperative bed rest time was(27.59±3.41)h,drainage time was(3.29±0.41)d,infusion time was(3.76±0.83)d,and hospitalization time was(8.19±1.52)d.The perioperative complication rate was 3.06％(3/98).Patient satisfaction was 95.92％(94/98).Conclusions The application of the concept of rapid recovery surgery in patients undergoing facial defect skin flap repair surgery during the perioperative period can help improve the condition of the skin flap,accelerate the patient's recovery speed,reduce complications,and improve their quality of life,with high patient satisfaction.
