Comparison of clinical effects of 595 nm pulsed dye laser and intense pulsed light in the treatment of facial telangiectasia
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 595 nm pulsed dye laser and intense pulsed light on facial telangiectasia. Methods A total of In this study,94 patients with facial telangiectasia treated in Henan Jingcheng Skin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected.According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into the control group(47 cases)and the study group(47 cases)with 595 nm pulsed dye laser treatment. The treatment effect, facial aesthetics score and capillary morphology score at different time points before and after treatment, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 95.74%,higher than 80.85%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.045,P<0.05);After treatment, the facial aesthetic division score and capillary morphology score of the two groups were reduced to a certain extent compared with those before treatment, and the decrease of the above scores in the study group was greater than that in the control group, with statistical significance(t=5.310,5.350,P<0.05);The incidence of transient edema, erythema, and superficial scar in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(x2=6.130,5.393,7.563,P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of patients with facial telangiectasia, using 595nm pulsed dye laser can improve the facial aesthetics and capillary morphology, improve the comfort, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
