Clinical application of CO2 dot matrix laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide in patients with hypertrophic scars
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of super-pulsed CO2 dot matrix laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide in patients with hypertrophic scars. Methods A total of 268 patients with hypertrophic scars admitted to the Bum and Plastic Surgery Department of Southeast Hospital affiliated with Xiamen University from January 1,2019 to December 31,2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups, with 134 patients in each group. The control group was treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 lattice laser, and the observation group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)score,Visual Analog Pain Scale(VAS)score,Acne Scar Assessment Scale(ECCA)score, and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between two groups after treatment. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment, the VSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment, the ECCA score and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical application of CO2 dot matrix laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide is effective in patients with hypertrophic scars. It can improve the scar symptoms, reduce pain, and has high safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
