Clinical effect of small incision facial wrinkle removal combined with thread embedding for enhancing facial rejuvenation
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of small incision facial wrinkle removal combined with thread embedding for enhancing facial rejuvenation.Methods 100 patients received treatment in Suqian hospital of nanjing drum tower hospital hospital were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group underwent small incision facial wrinkle removal surgery,while the study group underwent small incision facial wrinkle removal surgery combined with buried thread lifting technology.One month after surgery,the facial rejuvenation effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent rate of facial rejuvenation in the control group was 80.00%(40/50),while the study group was 94.00%(47/50),significantly higher(P<0.05);The Face-Q score of the control group was(83.19±6.40)points,while the study group was(86.37±6.73)points,significantly higher(P<0.05);the distance between the bilateral zygomatic points of the control group was(16.64±0.28)cm,and the distance from the pupil point to the intersection of the nasolabial groove and the pupil perpendicular was(8.25±0.13)cm.The study group had(17.03±0.30)cm and(8.08±0.12)cm,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The difference is not statistically significant in the ABC curvature between the two groups(P>0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions of the control group was 6.00%(3/50),while the study group was 10.00%(5/50),the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05);The satisfaction rate of the control group patients was 24.00%(12/50),while the study group was 46.00%(23/50),significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of small incision facial wrinkle removal surgery and buried thread lifting is beneficial for improving facial rejuvenation and cosmetic effects,optimizing facial quantitative indicators,and increasing patient satisfaction.
