Application of visual precision electrophysiological diagnosis and treatment technology in upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery
Objective Analysis of the clinical application of visual precision electrophysiological diagnosis and treatment technology in the treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.Methods A retrospective collection of 8 patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery in the Breast Surgery Department of our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023,all of whom received visual electrophysiological diagnosis and treatment technology.Compare the differences in upper arm circumference,anxiety,and depression scores of 8 patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the upper arm circumference was(29.44±1.40)cm,which was shorter than before treatment.The scores of anxiety rating scale(4,13±1.25)and depression rating scale(3.25±1.28)were both lower than before.The difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Visualized precision electrophysiological diagnosis and treatment technology can effectively treat upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery,and can reduce patients psychological problems such as anxiety and depression,and has good application value.
