Study on the application of health education combined with peer support intervention of LEARNING mode in patients with double blepharoplasty
Objective To analyze the effect of health education combined with peer support intervention using LEARNING mode in patients with double eyelid plasty.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of patients admitted during December 2022~20 February 2023,according to the different nursing methods are divided into control group and observation group,each 60 cases,the control group implement routine nursing intervention,observation group implementation LEARNS mode of health education and peer support intervention.The active coping ability(cChinese version of the medical response questionnaire),overall well-being(Swan Life Satisfaction Scale)and quality of life(World Health Organization Quality of Life Measurement Scale Brief)were compared between the two groups.Results At 14d of intervention,the Chinese version of the medical response questionnaire was higher than that of the control group,the avoidance and yield scores were lower than that of the control group,and the index scores of the Swan Life Satisfaction Scale and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Measurement Scale were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with double blepharoplasty,LEARNING model of health education combined with peer support intervention can improve their positive coping ability,improve their overall well-being and quality of life,and the effect is good.
