The effect of ear cartilage scaffold elevation combined with specialized game nursing intervention on children with auricle deformity reconstruction
Objective To explore the effect of ear cartilage scaffold elevation combined with specialized game nursing intervention on children with ear deformity reconstruction.Methods A total of 60 children with auricular malformation who were treated in the Department of Otolaryngology of the third people's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,30 cases in each group.Both groups received ear cartilage scaffold lifting combined with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given specialized game nursing intervention on this basis.The excellent and good rate of surgical effect,the score of children's anxiety and mood disorder screening scale(scaled),the score of children's self rating Depression Scale(dsrsc)and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative recovery effect of the two groups was very ideal.The excellent and good rate of the observation group(93.33％)was slightly higher than that of the control group(86.67％),and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05);After the nursing intervention,the scaled and dsrsc scores of the two groups of children decreased,and the scaled and dsrsc scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention,with statistical significance(P＜0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.33％(1/30),which was lower than 16.67％(5/30)in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of ear cartilage scaffold lifting in the treatment of ear deformity is good,and the specialized game nursing intervention can further relieve the anxiety and depression of children,which can reduce the risk of postoperative complications and has clinical application value.
