Application of high-quality nursing interventions based on clinical nursing pathways in hand burn plastic surgery patients
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing interventions based on clinical nursing pathways in hand burn plastic surgery patients.Methods A total of 70 patients with hand burn and plastic surgery admitted to The 73rd Army Group Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the research group according to different nursing methods.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the research group received high-quality nursing intervention based on the clinical nursing pathway.The scar recovery effect,pain,psychological status,complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The pain duration,wound exudation duration and wound healing time of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The visual analog score,anxiety score and depression score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions In the nursing care of hand bum plastic surgery patients,high-quality nursing interventions based on clinical nursing pathways can effectively promote wound healing,reduce physiological pain,eliminate negative emotions,and lower the risk of injury.The incidence of complications in patients and the improvement of patient satisfaction are worthy of clinical promotion.
