To explore the application of moist healing concept in postoperative wound management of patients with soft tissue defects
Objective To explore the effects of moist healing concept in postoperative wound management of patients with soft tissue defects. Methods A total of 62 patients with soft tissue defects in the clinical general department of the Second People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2023 to May 2024 were included in the study. All patients were treated with flap transplantation repair combined with moist healing concept wound management. The coverage rate of granulation tissue and visual analogue scale(VAS)score at 7 days after operation, complete epithelialization time of wound, and incidence of complications were analyzed. Results The coverage rate of granulation tissue at 7 days after operation was(82.36±4.37)%,the VAS score at 7 days after operation was(2.78±0.68),the complete epithelialization time of wound was(13.12±2.26)d,and the incidence of complications was 6.45%in the 62 patients with soft tissue defects.Conclusionss The application of moist healing concept in postoperative wound management of patients with soft tissue defects can achieve good results, which can effectively relieve the pain of patients, accelerate wound healing, and improve the quality of healing.
