双相磷酸钙用于骨组织工程研究进展

由于意外事故、疾病或衰老等因素导致的颌面骨缺损对患者的生命和健康造成严重的不良影响,这给社会医疗系统带来了巨大的压力.在临床上,主要采用自体骨移植或骨替代物移植的方法来促进骨缺损的再生,自体骨移植存在许多限制,骨替代物移植一直是医学界关注的热点问题.在各种骨替代材料中,双相磷酸钙(BCP)具备较好的生物相容性、骨引导性以及可调节的降解速率,作为骨替代材料修复组织缺损己初步显现成效.本文就BCP论述了以下几个方面:BCP的组成及理化特点;BCP的制备方法;BCP在骨组织工程领域的应用进展.
Research progress on biphasic calcium phosphate for bone tissue engineering
Maxillofacial bone defects caused by accidents,diseases,or aging have serious adverse effects on the lives and health of patients,putting enormous pressure on the social healthcare system.In clinical practice,autogenous bone transplantation or bone substitute transplantation is mainly used to promote the regeneration of bone defects.Autologous bone transplantation has many limitations,and bone substitute transplantation has always been a hot topic of concern in the medical community.Among various bone substitute materials,biphasic calcium phosphate(BCP)has good biocompatibility,bone guidance,and adjustable degradation rate,and has shown initial effectiveness as a bone substitute material for repairing tissue defects.This article discusses the following aspects of BCP:the composition and physicochemical characteristics of BCP;Preparation method of BCP;The application progress of BCP in the field of bone tissue engineering.
