摘要
目的:环形伪影不仅降低了图像的质量,还给后期的图像分割,图像数据挖掘以及依靠图像为数据的三维重建等造成很大影响。研究环形伪影产生机制及处理方法,可以减少螺旋C T检查时产生的伪影,为临床提供更好的影像资料。方法:收集本院181位患者不同类型和不同程度CT图像环形伪影病例,进行系统研究,其中头部扫描74例,胸部扫描45例,腹部扫描42例,其他部位20例。结果:通过对各部位产生的环形伪影进行分析,给出了环形伪影产生的基本原因,及能够减少和校正环形伪影的方法。结论:环形伪影的产生受多种因素的影响,认知其产生的原因可以避免,抑制伪影的产生,掌握环形伪影处理方法可以消除图像伪影,对优化图像质量和提高临床医学诊断质量和效率具有重要意义。
Abstract
Objective: The ring artifacts not only reduces the quality of the image, the image back to the late segmentation, image data mining and rely on images as data reconstruction caused a great inlfuence. Study of ring artifacts in mechanism and treatment method, artifacts can produce a reduction of spiral CT examination, provide beter images for clinical.Methods We colected from 181 patients with different type and degree of ring artifacts of CT image case, a systematic study, in which the head CT scanning in 74 cases, 45 cases chest scan, scan of the abdomen in 42 cases, 20 cases of other site.Results: Through the analysis of ring artifacts in various parts of the basic reason, given the ring artifacts, method and can reduce and correction of ring artifacts.Conclusion: Ring artifact was affected by various factors, the causes of cognitive generated can be avoided, suppresses the artifacts produced, grasp the ring artifact processing method can remove image artifacts, has the vital signiifcance to optimize image quality and improve the quality and effciency of clinical medical diagnosis.
