Application of Titanium Powder in 3D Printing of Orthopedic Implants and Its Influence on 3D Printing
As a way of additive manufacturing,3D printing technology is rapidly changing people's production and life,and playing an important leading role in industry,biomedicine,cultural creativity,architecture and other fields.Orthopedic implants made of titanium and titanium alloy have good compatibility with the human body and are widely used in the field of orthopedic implants.In order to meet the individual needs of patients,3D printing technology has become a hot research and development spot in the field of scientific and orthopedic medical devices in various countries.This article briefly introduces the 3D printing process.The preparation method of titanium metal powder and its influence on 3D printing.The change of chemical element content of titanium powder after repeated recovery of 3D printed titanium metal powder was emphatically analyzed to provide technical support for 3D printing process control and ensure the quality of the final product.
