Study on A Skin Care Product Containing Taishu Collagen Peptides in Facial Anti-Aging
Objective:To evaluate the safety and anti-aging research progress of a skin care product containing Taishu collagen peptide by in vitro and human combined test methods.Methods:By using cultured fibroblasts,In ELISA method was used to detect the content of type I collagen and elastin,and third-party human efficacy laboratory was used to detect human efficacy.The wrinkles,skin moisture content,transdermal moisture loss rate,elasticity and other date were collected and analyzed at 0,2 and 4 weeks to comprehensively evaluate the research progress in anti-aging of the product.Results:① Based on fibroblasts,compared with the control group,the secretion of both elastin and type I collagen showed a very significant increase trend at 0.3125%concentration(P<0.001).② 31 lactate screened volunteers in sensitive skin by using the product about 28 days,the water content of skin stratum corneum,the rate of transepidermal water loss,skin elasticity(R7 value),skin firming F4,and wrinkles(length and number)at the corner of the eye were significantly improved compared with those before using the product.Conclusion:The anti-wrinkle essence containing taishu collagen peptide can improve skin dryness,roughness and wrinkles caused by facial skin aging,and with good safety.
