目的:探讨持续质量改进在消毒供应中心达芬奇机器人手术器械清洗消毒中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年4月~2022年8月本院消毒供应室清洗消毒处理的达芬奇机器人手术器械680件,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,各340件,对照组接受常规器械清洗、消毒,观察组接受持续质量改进进行清洗、消毒,比较两组手术器械清洗消毒合格率、手术器械清洁度、手术器械清洗消毒质量评分等.结果:观察组达芬奇机器人手术器械清洗消毒合格率99.41%高于对照组的84.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管腔清洁度评分、轴节齿纹部清洁度评分、外观清洁度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术器械清洗消毒质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组细菌检出率0.59%低于对照组的15.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:消毒供应中心达芬奇机器人手术器械清洗、消毒过程中引入持续质量改进模式,能提升手术器械清洗消毒合格率和清洁度,确保器械清洗消毒质量.
Application of Continuous Quality Improvement in Cleaning and Disinfection of Da Vinci Robotic Surgical Instruments in the Disinfection Supply Center
Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement in the cleaning and disinfection of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments in the disinfection and supply center.Methods:680 Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments cleaned and disinfected in the disinfection supply room of our hospital from April 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number method,with 340 pieces each.The control group received conventional instrument cleaning and disinfection,and the observation group received continuous quality improvement for cleaning and disinfection.The qualification rate of cleaning and disinfection of surgical instruments,cleanliness of surgical instruments cleaning and disinfection quality score of surgical instruments.Results:The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments in the observation group was 99.41%,which was higher than 84.12%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group had higher scores in terms of lumen cleanliness,shaft tooth pattern cleanliness,and appearance cleanliness compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The quality score of surgical instrument cleaning and disinfection in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The bacterial detection rate of 0.59%in the observation group was lower than that of 15.88%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of continuous quality improvement mode in the cleaning and disinfection process of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center can improve the qualification rate and cleanliness of surgical instruments cleaning and disinfection,ensure the quality of instruments cleaning and disinfection.
