Objective:To analyze the accuracy of Philips 3.0 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging in the clinical diagnosis of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, and to provide reference for related personnel. Methods:In this study,112 patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from July 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research samples. All subjects underwent CT and MRI to analyze the clinical diagnostic accuracy of Philips 3.0 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging in hemorrhagic cerebral infarction. Results:The accuracy of MRI and CT in diagnosing hemorrhagic cerebral infarction was 93.75%and 75.00%respectively.Compared with CT,3.0T MRI was significantly more accurate in diagnosing hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, and the data between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction,Philips 3.0 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging can achieve satisfactory results. This method is safe and effective, and can reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
