目的:分析飞利浦3.0磁共振成像(MRI)在出血性脑梗死中的临床诊断准确性,旨为相关人员的研究工作提供参考资料.方法:选择2022年7月~2023年1月本院收治的112例出血性脑梗死疾病患者为研究样本.所有受试者均接受计算机体层成像(CT)以及磁共振成像检查,分析飞利浦3.0T MRI在出血性脑梗死中的临床诊断准确性.结果:MRI诊断出血性脑梗死疾病的准确率为93.75%,CT诊断出血性脑梗死疾病的准确率为75.00%.和CT相比,3.0T MRI诊断出血性脑梗死疾病的准确率明显更高,组间数据存在统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:针对出血性脑梗死患者来讲,为其开展飞利浦3.0T MRI检查,能取得满意成效.该法安全性强,有效性高,能减少疾病的误诊以及漏诊率.
Objective:To analyze the accuracy of Philips 3.0 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging in the clinical diagnosis of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction,and to provide reference for related personnel.Methods:In this study,112 patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from July 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research samples.All subjects underwent CT and MRI to analyze the clinical diagnostic accuracy of Philips 3.0 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging in hemorrhagic cerebral infarction.Results:The accuracy of MRI and CT in diagnosing hemorrhagic cerebral infarction was 93.75%and 75.00%respectively.Compared with CT,3.0T MRI was significantly more accurate in diagnosing hemorrhagic cerebral infarction,and the data between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction,Philips 3.0 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging can achieve satisfactory results.This method is safe and effective,and can reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
