Analysis of Imaging Features of Thin-Walled Cystic Lung Cancer Diagnosed by Multi-Slice Spiral CT
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value and imaging characteristics of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of thin-walled cystic lung cancer. Methods:The subjects of this study were 152 patients with lung cancer who received treatment in our hospital from March 2020 to October 2022.All patients were diagnosed with multi-slice spiral CT after admission, and the value and imaging features of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of thin-walled cystic lung cancer were analyzed with pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard.Results:①19 cases of thin-walled cystic lung cancer were confirmed by pathological diagnosis, while 16 cases of thin-walled cystic lung cancer were detected by multi-slice spiral CT.The difference between CT diagnosis and pathological diagnosis was not significant(P>0.05);②The positive predictive value, negative predictive value, sensitivity, specificity, accuracy,Jordan index, misdiagnosis rate, and missed diagnosis rate of thin-walled cystic lung cancer diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT were 93.75%,97.06%,78.95%,99.25%,96.71%,78.2%,and 21.05%,respectively;③The diagnosis of thin-walled cystic lung cancer with multi-slice spiral CT has characteristic imaging findings.Conclusion:Thin-walled cystic lung cancer is a special type of lung cancer and its incidence has been increasing in recent years. There is no significant difference between the diagnosis results of thin-walled cystic lung cancer by multi-slice spiral CT and pathological diagnosis, which can be used as the main reference for clinical diagnosis of patients and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
