The Value of Multi-Slice Spiral CT and MRI in the Diagnosis of Pancreatic Cancer
Objective:To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT and MRI in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods:The study subjects were 70 patients with pancreatic cancer admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021.They were divided into two groups by random number table. The number of cases was 35 patients. The CT group received multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis, and the MRI group received MRI examination. With the results of surgical and pathological examination as the gold standard, the diagnostic efficacy(accuracy, sensitivity, specificity)and display values in different periods of the two diagnostic methods were compared to determine the diagnostic value of the two diagnostic methods for pancreatic cancer. Results:The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer were 88.57%,82.86%and 74.29%,respectively;The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of MRI in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer were 91.43%,80.00%and 71.43%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer(P>0.05).The display values of pancreatic arterial phase, pancreatic venous phase and pancreatic delayed phase in MRI group were significantly higher than those in CT group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multislice spiral CT and MRI examination have high diagnostic value for pancreatic cancer, but the lesion display value of MRI in different periods is higher than that of multi-slice spiral CT.Clinical diagnosis methods should be reasonably selected in combination with the actual situation of patients to provide reliable reference for disease diagnosis and treatment.
